Production Process
Material Preparation & Cutting: Round steel bars are cut to specific lengths according to process requirements, ensuring flat cross-sections and consistent dimensions.
Induction Heating: Billets are fed into an induction heating unit and heated uniformly to 850–1100°C (depending on material), ensuring thorough heating through the cross-section.
Skew Rolling: Heated billets enter the skew rolling mill; spiral roll passes shape them into balls in a single pass, with the connecting necks between balls breaking off naturally.
Quenching: After rolling, steel balls immediately enter a quenching unit for rapid cooling to achieve a high-hardness surface microstructure.
Tempering: Tempering treatment is performed to relieve quenching stresses, adjust core toughness, and balance hardness with impact resistance.
Inspection: Hardness tests, drop tests, and dimensional/visual inspections are conducted batch by batch; non-conforming products are rejected.
Packaging & Warehousing: Products passing inspection are packaged according to specifications and placed in storage.
