Product Introduction
Round steel bars get induction-heated to 1050–1100°C, then go between two contra-rotating rolls. One pass does the forming. No reheating, no voids inside, no surface defects. After quenching, hardness is 60–65 HRC, even from surface to core. Steady throughput, low reject rate, long roll life. That's what this Ø80 Steel Ball Skew Rolling Mill gives.
