Product Introduction

The belt conveyor is a continuous transport device that operates by utilizing the friction between the drive pulley and the conveyor belt to move the endless belt; it is suitable for transporting both bulk materials and packaged goods. Its structure comprises a frame, conveyor belt, idlers, pulleys, a tensioning device, and a drive unit. It offers stable, reliable operation and is characterized by long conveying distances, high capacity, and strong adaptability; units can be used individually or combined to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems. These products are widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, power generation, construction materials, ports, and light industry. The standard operating temperature range is -20°C to +40°C, and the material temperature generally does not exceed 60°C. Packaging & Transport

 

For large equipment like belt conveyors, we typically use steel-frame bracing for shipment to ensure stability during long-distance transport. Precision components (motors, gearboxes) are tightly wrapped in plastic film for moisture protection; exposed machined surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in protective soft material. The unit is securely anchored within the transport vehicle; lifting operations utilize high-strength rigging positioned to avoid protruding parts. Packaging is clearly marked with the center of gravity, lifting points, and handling instructions (e.g., "keep dry"); the shipment includes a packing list, product certificate of conformity, and installation manual. Indoor storage in a ventilated, dry area is recommended.

On-site installation guidance and commissioning services are available upon request. The buyer is responsible for round-trip airfare, local transportation, and accommodation/meals for our technical personnel, as well as a standard daily allowance of $150 USD per person (calculated based on flight dates). The buyer is responsible for providing on-site translation services.
