
Nylon Gear Coupling
The Nylon Gear Coupling two 45# steel hubs with hardened teeth and one cast nylon sleeve (MC 901) that slides over both. The nylon teeth engage the hubs. On their 22kW conveyor, leakage current dropped from 120mA to under 5mA – no more bearing pitting. We ran our own test at 1500 rpm with 1.2° misalignment; the sleeve lasted equivalent to 2.8 years. With good alignment, customers see four years.

What you get
Torque from 5 to 800 Nm. Bore sizes 6 to 60 mm. Max speed 6000 rpm. Angular misalignment up to 1.5°, parallel up to 0.3 mm. Temperature range -20°C to +80°C. Below 1000 rpm, run dry. Above that, a dab of EP2 lithium grease every three months. The Nylon Gear Coupling sleeve is the only wearable part – change it without pulling the hubs: slide off a retaining ring, swap the sleeve, put the ring back. Ten minutes.
About us
Every hub tooth induction hardened to 4550 HRC, each batch checked on a gear tester. We also worked with Shenyang University of Technology on a lowwear nylon formula. That's why our sleeves last.


Packaging and delivery
Hubs get antirust oil and plastic wrap. Sleeves in sealed bags. All in a plywood case. Standard bore sizes: 1525 working days. We stock 14mm, 19mm, 24mm, 38mm. Sea freight normally; air if you pay the difference.
