Material of skew mill rolls

Copper and aluminum soft material rolling: For this, we need to choose YG6 material. Its hardness is as high as 91-92, producing a bright, non-stick finish. Using rolls made of this material, you'll definitely feel the smoothness and efficiency it brings.

High-carbon steel difficult-to-roll materials: For these tough materials, we need YG8N or YG11. Their hardness is slightly lower, but their high-temperature resistance and wear resistance are excellent. They will protect you during the difficult rolling process of high-carbon steel.

Ordinary rolls: For ordinary rolling tasks, a standard rolling mill is sufficient. It's economical and meets basic rolling requirements.

New lead rolling: If you are rolling new lead, YG20 is your best choice. It prevents crushing, making the rolling process smoother.

Precious metal gold and silver rolling: For rolling precious metals such as gold and silver, YG3X is your first choice. It can make the surface of rolled metal as smooth as a mirror, showing an extremely high level of craftsmanship.
